How do I pay? What are my payment options?

We accept major credit cards. 
You can make payment by using a credit card of any bank you wish for your purchases from our site.
You can make payments with debit cards and cash payment (ATM) cards. 

Can I arrange the payment on delivery at the door ?

We do not yet have a payment option at the door.

How can I use campaign and discount coupon codes?

On the page of payment , you may find the "Gift card or Discount Code" field under your order summary,
please enter your campaign coupon code or your special discount code for the products in your basket.
Then you may  click on "Apply" to activate the discount. We kindly advise you to recheck that you have applied the discounts just before your payments.

Can I make installments to my credit card?

Due to legal procedures, credit card installments cannot be made for your purchases from a company based  in abroad. 
We are a Canadian-based company, so you can only choose the single payment option for your credit cards.

How can I get a company invoice if I have purchased a product on your website?

All products we sell through our website are customs cleared on your behalf by individual micro-export from our Canada-based company.
Due to this reason, you may only make individual purchases from our website.
Your invoice will be automatically generated for you when you have placed your order and finalized your payments.

Which currency do you use for pricing your products?

All prices on our website are in Canadian Dollars.
Our base prices are in Canadian Dollars and you may also observe the prices in Turkish Lira with the current exchange rate.
When you pay by credit card due to the fact that our prices are in Canadian Dollars,
there may be a slight difference between the amount you see on the payment screen and the amount you see on your card statement.
These differences are not caused by us but by the fact that the exchange rate applied by most banks is higher than the current real exchange rate.

ORDERING AND DELIVERY

Where is my order confirmation e-mail?

Your order confirmation e-mail will be automatically generated as soon as you have placed your order and will be delivered to the e-mail address you have shared with us.
We kindly recommend you to check your spam and promotional mailboxes before you contact us, just in case you do not see your confirmation mail in your inbox.

In which reasons my order needs to be cancelled?

We generally cancel your orders only in case of stock unavailability or in specific circumstances as a request of our customers.

How do I cancel my order?

There is a very short period of time between your order being placed and being processed by us.
Due to the quickly running out of stocks on discounted products and in order to keep customer satisfaction at the highest level, your orders are immediately completed and purchased from the stores on the same day.
If you contact us at info@hepsikanadadan.com immediately after you have placed your order, we may cancel your order if it has not been processed.

May I make amendments to my order?

As we work with interdepartmental work division, in order to avoid confusion, if you wish to make any amendments in your order, it is necessary to cancel your existing order and create a new one.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping costs depend on the weight and volume of the products in your order and the shipping destination.
Shipping is free for orders over 140 Canadian Dollars.

When will I receive my order?

Your purchases will be delivered to you between 2 and 5 working days after your orders have been supplied and delivered to our office.
Supplying of the products take up to 10 working days. (These times may be extended due to the fact that cargo companies and stores are very busy during times such as Black Friday – Cyber Monday, Christmas – Boxing Day, Thanksgiving)

Which countries do you ship to?

Are customs fees included in the price? Is there anything I need to do about customs clearance?

We provide all necessary support for customs clearance. Customs payments, excluding the products shipped to Turkey, need to be covered by you. Customs payments and taxes are not included in the prices. For any questions regarding this issue, you can contact us by sending an e-mail to info@hepsikanadadan.com

How can I track the shipment of my order?

You can track your parcel with the information in the e-mail sent to you when your order is shipped. If necessary, you can choose your delivery date and if you are not at your address, you can keep your cargo at any branch you choose until you receive it.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Is it possible to return the products?

We offer individual customer-based  private shopping service, therefore all products are purchased, packaged and customs cleared specifically for you only. Customs fees and shipping charges are incurred if the customs cleared product returns to Canada.
Regarding to the high expenses, our company is not able to provide returns and exchanges.

The product has arrived but I think it is wrong or defective product. What can I do?

All of our products are delivered to you after being controlled. If you believe that your product has been sent wrongly or defectively, please contact us at info@hepsikanadadan.com

MEMBERSHIPS AND MAPLE POINTS SYSTEM

May I place an order without creating a membership?

Yes, you can place an order without creating a membership, however we suggest that you create a membership and fill in all your information completely so that you can track your order, earn points for the  next orders and place orders more convenient.

I forgot my password? What can I do?

By clicking on the "Forgot password" link on the home page and entering the e-mail address you used when signing up to the site, a password reset e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address very shortly. You can change the password from the link in this e-mail.

How does your Maple Points program work?

With each order, you earn Maple Points. You can spend these points later as you wish. 
On special occasions and birthdays you can earn extra points.

Is shopping on your website safe?

During the payment process, your credit card information is encrypted using 128bit SSL and is automatically sent to the bank where payment is made and authorization is received. During this process, your information is only sent to the bank and is not kept by our company.
Our company uses Shopify infrastructure. It is one of the most reliable and accepted infrastructures worldwide.

Do you keep my credit card details?

Your credit card information is not kept by our company.

My personal information is safe and secure on your website?

The identity information you provide during membership registration and shopping is kept in accordance with the confidentiality agreement.

OTHERS

Do you do gift wrapping?

We package all of our products in a more stylish way than gift wrapping. However, if you have a special gift package request, we may also welcome.

My order will be sent as a gift, do you send the invoice with the order?

The invoice is sent to your e-mail address via e-invoice. There is no   price information will be  added  in your package.
But there might be the price tags on the products. We can also remove these tags,  if you inform us about the gift information.

How can I access the size information of the products?

The size information is given in the description of each product. You can choose according to the size chart. 
Charts are added to the website later than the products. If there is a product without a chart, it may not have been uploaded yet. You can get support from our sales team on Instagram.

I have sent you an e-mail, but why haven't I received a reply yet?

We have our head office in Canada that responds to your mails. 
Your mails will be answered within 48 hours.

Is it possible to order a product that is not on the website?
